The service

Hey Honey runs curated singles events, and this website is where you find out about them. Through the site you can join the waitlist, subscribe to the newsletter, and buy digital products, merch and Clarity Calls. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Event nights are 18+

Hey Honey event nights are strictly 18+. Photo ID is required at the door, no exceptions. If you can't produce valid ID, you won't be admitted, and we can't offer a refund in that case.

Respect the room

Our nights work because people feel safe in them. Treat everyone with respect: other guests, hosts, venue staff. Harassment of any kind means immediate removal from the event, no refund, and no second invitation.

Responsible service of alcohol

Our events are held in licensed venues. Under liquor licensing law, we and the venue can refuse entry or service to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving badly. RSA isn't a vibe kill. It's the law, and it keeps the room good for everyone.

Tickets

Tickets are sold per person. Transfer and name-change rules are set per event and shown before you buy, so read them at checkout.

Digital products

Digital products (like the Playbook) are delivered by email to the address you give us. Check your spelling at checkout and your spam folder after. Files are for personal use only: please don't forward, share or resell them.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the ACL gives you rights, you have them. Our Refund Policy explains how that works in practice.

Liability

Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the relevant ticket or product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
