Refund Policy

Your rights come first
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product or service has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or replacement. Your choice. Nothing on this page limits those rights. What follows is how we handle the everyday stuff on top.
Digital products
Change of mind on a digital download isn't something the law requires us to refund, and once it's downloaded it's yours to keep. But if the file won't open, the link breaks or something's wrong on our end, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund it. Fair's fair.
Merch
Faulty or not as described? We'll refund or replace it, including any shipping costs, as the ACL requires.
Change of mind: return it unworn and unwashed within 30 days and we'll refund the item. You'll cover the return shipping. Email us first so we know it's coming.
Clarity Calls
If we can't find a time for your call within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund. Need to reschedule? No stress, up to 24 hours before your call. Inside 24 hours the slot is locked in, so be kind about it.
Event tickets
When tickets go on sale: if an event is cancelled or changed in a major way (date, venue or format), you're entitled to a refund under the ACL, and we'll make it simple. If you simply can't make it, refunds aren't guaranteed, but where we can offer a credit toward a future night, we will. The exact terms for each event are shown before you buy.
How to request a refund
Email hello@heyhoney.au with your order details and what's gone wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
